In spring, we hatch out turkeys, chickens, and geese. Price and availability are subject to change at any time. Below are hatchings we plan to have in Spring 2026. If you are interested in pre-ordering to reserve from a hatch, please contact us.

We always hold back a number of birds to grow out and decide what to keep for breeding stock. This means we will have adolescent or adult birds available in fall and winter as we decide who to keep. Look out for individual listings on social media for these.

Meat & eggs

We have rabbit meat and chicken eggs for sale depending on availability. Rabbit meat is available at a sliding scale for low-income individuals and $8/lb standard. Contact us to check availability and purchase.

Unfortunately, due to the lack of poultry processing facilities in our region, we do not currently offer processed meat from any of our birds. You are welcome to inquire about purchasing birds to process yourself.

2026 Poults

Heritage turkeys

Our turkeys come from high-quality, home-bred stock with good temperaments. Those that are not sold shortly after hatch are regularly exposed to other birds, people, and dogs to make them friendly, confident, well-socialized birds.

Poults are sold straight-run, meaning they are NOT sexed. Additionally, several varieties cannot be determined until they get older feathering in. However, the possible varieties will be stated.
